- 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing the pan)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs until creamy and uniform.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the yogurt and egg mixture. Mix until you have a thick, cohesive batter.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the surface is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
