A healthy and easy-to-make Tinned Fish Snackle Box perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can tuna (5 oz), drained
  • 1 can sardines in olive oil (4–4.5 oz)
  • 1 can salmon (6 oz), drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup whole-grain crackers
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup cheese cubes
  • herbs (parsley or dill)
  • lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain the fish.
  2. Mix tuna with 1 Tbsp of hummus (optional).
  3. Arrange the fish in separate compartments of the box.
  4. Add the veggies to another section.
  5. Pack the whole-grain crackers separately.
  6. Add hummus, olives, and cheese cubes to the box.
  7. Garnish with herbs.
  8. Chill until serving.
