Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the crumb mixture evenly among 4 serving cups, pressing it down firmly to create a crust layer.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
- Top each cup with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of strawberry jam, if using.
- Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to set before serving.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
- Substitute the strawberries with other berries like blueberries or raspberries for a different flavor profile.
