Description

Creamy and delightful no-bake strawberry cheesecake cups, perfect for a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the crumb mixture evenly among 4 serving cups, pressing it down firmly to create a crust layer.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust in each cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Top each cup with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of strawberry jam, if using.
  7. Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to set before serving.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Substitute the strawberries with other berries like blueberries or raspberries for a different flavor profile.
