Description

A delightful stack of smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, caviar, and cream cheese served on toasted bagels.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons caviar (optional)
  • 2 whole grain or everything bagels, split and toasted
  • Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Once melted, pour in the egg mixture.
  3. Stir gently with a spatula, cooking the eggs slowly until they are just set but still creamy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
  5. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  6. Spoon the scrambled eggs over the salmon, dividing evenly between the bagel halves.
  7. Top each stack with a dollop of caviar, if using, and sprinkle with chopped chives.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious stack!

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute the cream cheese with Greek yogurt.
  • Add sliced avocado for extra creaminess and healthy fats.
