Description

A delicious and hearty Philly Cheesesteak Keto Casserole that’s perfect for dinner, loaded with flavors and low in carbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced onion and green bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and add the softened cream cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  6. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
  7. Add the dried oregano and paprika, stirring until everything is well incorporated.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  9. Sprinkle the provolone and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
  12. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños to the beef mixture before baking.
  • You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
