- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut them into small chunks.
- Spread the banana pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer and freeze for about 2 hours until completely frozen.
- Transfer the frozen banana chunks to a blender or food processor.
- Add the creamy peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and milk to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as necessary.
- Taste the mixture and add more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container and chill in the freezer for an additional 1-2 hours.
- Before serving, let the frozen treat sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes to soften slightly.

- For a chocolatey flavor, mix in 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder or add chocolate chips before blending.
