Description

A delightful creamy treat made with peaches and allulose, perfect for a refreshing dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup allulose
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, allulose, and a pinch of salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture just begins to simmer. Do not let it boil.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Mix well until the allulose is fully dissolved.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes, then pour it into individual serving cups or ramekins.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. For best results, chill overnight.
  5. Before serving, top each posset with diced peaches.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, substitute the peaches with fresh berries or mango.
  • Add a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers on top for added texture and flavor.
