A delightful and easy recipe for Oreo Dessert Cups that combines creamy layers with crunchy Oreo cookies.

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- In serving cups or bowls, layer crushed Oreo cookies at the bottom, followed by a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top if desired and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
- You can also add a layer of fresh berries between the Oreo and cream cheese layers for added flavor and freshness.
