Description

Lobster Truffle Cauliflower Gratin Caviar Stack is a luxurious dish combining tender cauliflower, rich cheeses, and succulent lobster, topped with caviar for an elegant touch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon truffle oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 ounces cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup caviar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with butter.
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, Gruyère cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter, chives, truffle oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Add the steamed cauliflower and chopped lobster meat to the cheese mixture. Gently fold until the cauliflower and lobster are evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. If desired, top each serving with a dollop of caviar.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute the lobster with sautéed mushrooms.
  • Add a sprinkle of paprika or cayenne pepper on top before baking for an extra kick.
