Description

Keto Winter Berry White Chocolate Tart is a must-try dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup granulated erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces sugar-free white chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan with removable bottom.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt. Stir in the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chopped white chocolate and heavy cream. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the white chocolate mixture into the cooled tart crust and spread it evenly.
  7. Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours or until the filling is set.
  8. Once set, top the tart with mixed berries and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try adding a teaspoon of almond extract to the filling.
  • You can substitute the mixed berries with your favorite low-carb fruits like strawberries or blackberries for a personalized touch.
