Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon wasabi paste (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 bunch radishes, sliced thinly
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, scoop out the avocados and mash them with a fork until smooth.
- Add the wasabi paste, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt to the mashed avocado. Mix until well combined. Taste and adjust the wasabi and salt as needed.
- For the radish chips, arrange the sliced radishes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake the radish slices in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden, flipping halfway through.
- Once the radish chips are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve the wasabi avocado dip with the radish chips for dipping.
Notes
- For a creamier dip, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream or Greek yogurt.
- For a spicy kick, sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top of the dip before serving.
