Ingredients
- 1 small head cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- ½ cup crushed pork rinds or almond flour (for coating)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Gochujang (low-carb version or use hot sauce)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- Minced garlic (optional)
Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

Dip cauliflower florets in egg, then roll in pork rind/almond flour mixture mixed with garlic powder and paprika.

Place in air fryer basket. Spray with oil. Cook for 10-12 mins, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.

While they cook, heat the sauce ingredients in a small pan until slightly thickened.
