Description

Keto Ham and Swiss Biscuits are a delicious low-carb treat perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter and eggs until fully combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the diced ham, shredded Swiss cheese, and chopped chives if using.
  6. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
  8. Allow the biscuits to cool slightly on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the dry ingredients.
  • Substitute the ham with cooked bacon or turkey for a different flavor profile.
