- 8 ounces sugar-free dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt until well combined.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the bark is firm.
- Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For a minty twist, add 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract to the melted chocolate.
