Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring creamy cheesecake with a rich maple flavor and crunchy pecans, served in bite-sized cubes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch square baking dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Fold in the toasted pecans and salt. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  6. Once set, cut the cheesecake into small cubes and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a chocolate twist, add ¼ cup of cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
  • Substitute the pecans with walnuts or almonds for a different flavor profile.
