Description
A delightful no-bake dessert featuring creamy cheesecake with a rich maple flavor and crunchy pecans, served in bite-sized cubes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch square baking dish to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to set.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Fold in the toasted pecans and salt. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust and spread it evenly.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Once set, cut the cheesecake into small cubes and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add ¼ cup of cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
- Substitute the pecans with walnuts or almonds for a different flavor profile.
