Description

Everything Bagel Keto Deviled Eggs are a delicious low-carb treat packed with protein, perfect for a healthy snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Fresh chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Once boiling, cover the pot, remove it from heat, and let it sit for 12 minutes.
  4. After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath and let them cool for at least 5 minutes.
  5. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  6. In a mixing bowl, scoop out the yolks and add them to the bowl.
  7. Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.
  8. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  9. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  10. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each filled egg.
  11. Garnish with chopped chives.
  12. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
  • You can also substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise for a tangy flavor and extra protein.
