Dalgona Coffee is a whipped coffee drink that is easy to make and deliciously creamy.

- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Cocoa powder or cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, granulated sugar, and hot water.
- Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture on high speed until it becomes light, fluffy, and forms stiff peaks. This should take about 2-4 minutes with a mixer or 8-10 minutes by hand.
- In a glass, add ice cubes if desired, then pour in the milk, filling it about three-quarters full.
- Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk, creating a beautiful layer.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder or cinnamon on top for garnish, if desired.
- Serve immediately and stir the whipped coffee into the milk before drinking.
Notes
- For a creamier version, use half-and-half instead of milk.
- To make it sweeter, add more sugar to the whipped coffee mixture.
