- 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 1 cup burrata cheese
- 2 large roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh arugula or mixed greens for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the prosciutto slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- While the prosciutto is baking, prepare the burrata. Place the burrata cheese on a serving platter.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze over the burrata. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange the sliced roasted red peppers around the burrata on the platter.
- Once the prosciutto has cooled, break it into pieces and scatter it over the burrata and peppers.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve with a handful of arugula or mixed greens on the side.
