- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- For the cream cheese icing:
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, sweetener, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Spray the waffle maker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour half of the batter into the preheated waffle maker and close the lid.
- Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the chaffle is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining batter.
- While the chaffles are cooking, prepare the cream cheese icing by mixing the softened cream cheese, powdered sweetener, heavy cream, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Serve the chaffles warm, drizzled with the cream cheese icing.
