- 8 ounces of Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 French baguette, sliced for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Place the Brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the sliced almonds, rosemary, thyme, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread the almond and herb mixture evenly over the top of the Brie.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and gooey but not completely melted.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with sliced baguette for dipping.
