Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, cocoa powder, sugar-free sweetener, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- If desired, fold in the chopped nuts or sugar-free chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut it into squares.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, try adding 1-2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk to the mixture before pouring it into the baking dish.
- For a flavor twist, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon or a few drops of peppermint extract to the mixture before chilling.
