Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and eggs. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
