- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and eggs. Mix well until smooth and fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Gradually add the cheese mixture to the yogurt and egg mixture. Stir until a dough forms. It may be slightly sticky.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
