Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large saucepan, bring water to a rolling boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and sour cream with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until creamy and well combined.
- Gently fold in the drained cauliflower and sliced smoked sausage, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
