Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Once hot, pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, gently stirring occasionally, until the edges start to set.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and golden brown on top.
