A delicious and easy-to-make Pizza Frittata that combines the flavors of pizza with the fluffy texture of a frittata.

- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper (any color)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Once hot, pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes, gently stirring occasionally, until the edges start to set.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is puffed and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes to the egg mixture.
- You can customize the frittata by using different vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or zucchini, or by adding cooked sausage or bacon for extra flavor.
