- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Spread the vegetable mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted vegetables. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
