Parmesan Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower Mix is a must-try!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the vegetable mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly crispy, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the roasted vegetables. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
