Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 keto-friendly buns (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  2. Gently fold in the chopped celery and green onions until fully incorporated.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush the outside of each keto bun with melted butter.
