- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup chopped black olives, pitted
- ¼ cup chopped green olives, pitted
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a spacious bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, sea salt, and dried oregano until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and olive oil together until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the egg mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
- Gently fold in the crumbled feta, black olives, green olives, and parsley if desired, ensuring an even distribution.
- Divide the dough into four equal sections and flatten each into a round shape about ¼ inch thick.
- Arrange the flatbreads on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges turn a lovely golden hue.
- Let them cool for a few moments before enjoying.

- For an extra kick, mix in 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes.
