Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol or your preferred low-carb sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional, for thickness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the almond milk, fresh strawberries, heavy cream, erythritol, vanilla extract, and xanthan gum if using.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. If you prefer a thicker milkshake, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sweetener. Blend again briefly to mix.
