Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon erythritol or your preferred low-carb sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum (optional, for thickness)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, fresh strawberries, heavy cream, erythritol, vanilla extract, and xanthan gum if using.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
- If you prefer a thicker milkshake, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste the milkshake and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sweetener. Blend again briefly to mix.
- Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately.
