- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free vanilla syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk over medium heat until warm.
- Whisk in the pumpkin puree, sugar-free vanilla syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Remove from heat and pour in the brewed coffee.
- Top with whipped cream if desired and sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your guilt-free treat!

- For a sweeter latte, adjust the amount of sugar-free vanilla syrup to taste.
- Make sure to use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
