Description

A delicious low-carb recipe for ‘Everything Bagel’ crackers made with almond flour and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the mozzarella and cream cheese together. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue heating in 10-second bursts until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, egg, everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Incorporate the melted cheese mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until a cohesive dough is achieved.
  5. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
  6. Carefully peel off the top layer of parchment and slice the dough into squares or desired shapes.
  7. Move the parchment with the cut dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  9. Allow the crisps to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
