- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the mozzarella and cream cheese together. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue heating in 10-second bursts until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, egg, everything bagel seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Incorporate the melted cheese mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing until a cohesive dough is achieved.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.
- Carefully peel off the top layer of parchment and slice the dough into squares or desired shapes.
- Move the parchment with the cut dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
- Allow the crisps to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
