Description

A delicious and creamy Keto Vanilla Bone Panna Cotta that satisfies your sweet cravings while keeping you in ketosis.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the almond milk, heavy cream, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat until warm, but do not boil.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
