  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lemongrass paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, ground ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.
