Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Grease four ramekins with butter.
- In each ramekin, add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream.
- Crack one egg into each ramekin over the cream.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, bacon, and cheese.
- Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chives before serving.
