Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease four ramekins with butter.
  3. In each ramekin, add 1 tablespoon of heavy cream.
  4. Crack one egg into each ramekin over the cream.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, bacon, and cheese.
  6. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
