- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled sausage until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
