- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup granulated erythritol

- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated erythritol
- ¼ cup sugar-free honey substitute
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt. Mix well.
- Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a 9-inch pie pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
- Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes or until set. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and erythritol until smooth.
- Add the sugar-free honey substitute, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
Notes
- For a chocolate version, add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder to the filling.
- Top the pie with crushed nuts or sugar-free chocolate shavings for added texture and flavor.
