- 1/4 cup fresh rose petals (edible, washed, and dried)
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and red onion.
- Gently fold in the fresh rose petals, feta cheese, and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
