  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • For the cheese sauce:
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese and butter together for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Gradually add warm water, mixing until the dough is smooth and slightly sticky.
  6. Divide the dough into small pieces (about 1 inch in size) and roll each piece into a ball.
  7. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. While the pretzel bites are baking, prepare the cheese sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cheddar cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and paprika. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
