Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella cheese and butter together for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Gradually add warm water, mixing until the dough is smooth and slightly sticky.
- Divide the dough into small pieces (about 1 inch in size) and roll each piece into a ball.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the pretzel bites are baking, prepare the cheese sauce. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the cheddar cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and paprika. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Serve the pretzel bites warm with the cheese sauce for dipping.
