Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pistachio paste
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or your favorite keto sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Pour the heavy cream and almond milk into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the pistachio paste, erythritol, ground cardamom, vanilla essence, and sea salt.
  3. Blend these ingredients together using a hand mixer on medium speed until fluffy and soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
