Description

Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are a delicious low-carb delight, perfect for those following a ketogenic diet.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 package of low-carb tortillas (810 count)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the ribeye steak to the skillet, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, provolone cheese, and mozzarella cheese until well blended.
  4. Lay a low-carb tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the steak and vegetable mixture onto the tortilla, then add a generous dollop of the cheese mixture on top. Roll the tortilla tightly, enclosing the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For added crunch, serve with pork rinds or cucumber slices on the side.
  • To customize, try adding sautéed mushrooms or jalapeños to the filling for extra flavor.
  • Alternatively, use different cheeses like cheddar or Swiss for a unique twist.
