Instructions

- Gradually pour in the coconut milk, stirring continuously until it reaches a gentle simmer.
- Fold in the almond paste, ensuring it blends seamlessly into the sauce.
- Allow the korma to simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, then finish with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro before serving.
