- Add the thinly sliced flank steak to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
- Preheat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the marinated beef from the bowl, allowing any excess marinade to drip off.

- To create the lettuce rolls, take a leaf of lettuce and place a few pieces of the cooked bulgogi beef inside.
