Instructions
- Begin by heating your oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat with almond flour, cumin, cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Blend the ingredients thoroughly, then slowly incorporate the water until the mixture is moist yet firm enough to shape.
- For the filling, mix the finely chopped walnuts with olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic powder in another bowl.
- Scoop a portion of the meat mixture, roughly the size of a golf ball, and press it flat in your hand.
- Add a teaspoon of the walnut filling in the center, then fold the meat around the filling, rolling it into a smooth ball.
- Continue this process until all the meat and filling are used.
- Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
