- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (sugar-free if available)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked turkey, chopped celery, and dried cranberries.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, parsley, dill, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or herbs to your preference.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, either on a bed of greens or in lettuce wraps.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, add 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans.
