Description

Delicious Keto Garlic Butter Breadsticks that are low in carbs and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter until well combined.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
  5. Fold in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Sprinkle the top with Italian seasoning and additional cheese if desired.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut into sticks and serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For a cheesy twist, add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to the dough.
  • For a spicy kick, mix in 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
