Description

Delicious and healthy Keto Flaxseed Wraps served with a flavorful Street Taco Ranch Sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • For the Street Taco Ranch Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground flaxseed, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 5-10 minutes to thicken.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of the flaxseed batter into the skillet, spreading it into a thin circle.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden brown.
  7. Flip the wrap and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. For the Street Taco Ranch Sauce, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, taco seasoning, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  10. Serve the flaxseed wraps with a generous drizzle of the Street Taco Ranch Sauce.
