Instructions
- Begin by cutting the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and gently scooping out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- If using, fold in the chopped chives for added flavor.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs for garnish.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
