Description

Delicious and guilt-free keto donuts that satisfy your sweet cravings without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray or coconut oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. The batter will be thick.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the donuts are golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For a chocolate version, add ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder to the dry ingredients.
  • Drizzle with sugar-free chocolate or glaze made from powdered erythritol mixed with almond milk for added sweetness.
