Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter and sweetener together until smooth.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until well combined.

  7. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
