Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Once the skillet is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest.
  6. In a bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.
  7. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the steak bites drizzled with chimichurri sauce. Enjoy warm.
