- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the steak bites in a single layer.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
- Remove from heat and let rest.
- In a bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar, and olive oil.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the steak bites drizzled with chimichurri sauce. Enjoy warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the steak cubes in the chimichurri sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
- If you prefer a spicier kick, add more red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce to the chimichurri.
