Instructions
- Combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl, ensuring everything is well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until frothy.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Allow the batter to rest for about 5 minutes to thicken.
- Prepare the chicken by soaking the tenders in buttermilk mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let the chicken marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
